Henry's old desk would also be removed from that area of course. Allison and Tom would go to the Giant Ink Machine with Henry using a boat, a bridge or wooden planks that they could step on. Allison Angel and Tom would also have a bigger role by not only helping Henry in the final fight, but there would also be audio logs from Allison Pendle that showed how she was doing in the studio before everything fell apart, her rivalry with Susie Campbell and her relationship with Thomas Connor. However, one of the rooms would have a Gent Pipe that he could use to kill at least two of the enemies before breaking apart after enough hits (because killing all of them would make things too easy.) For Ink Bendy's origin, instead of being simply a failed experiment, he would be an employee (or Joey himself) that sacrificed himself or herself to the gods mentioned in Chapter 1 using dark magic spells (which would be found in Joey's Illusion of Living book), the Ink Machine, and the Pentagrams from Chapter 2 in order to become the mascot of the studio and gain power and immortality, but was driven insane from the ritual. Henry would find empty Bacon soup cans and use them to distract the enemies if they get too close. I would also give the Lost Ones and Searchers a better reason to attack like "they were forced to" or "they think Allison is the evil Alice".įor the stealth section in the Administration area, it would be similar to Chapter 4's encounter with the Butcher Gang. For the fight with Sammy, I would replace him with an employee of the studio that we've never seen in person before, like Shawn Flynn, Grant Cohen or Lacie Benton, since it would not only make more sense (cause Sammy definitely should've died in Chapter 2.), but it also gives these characters a role in the game and, if it's Grant, would tie in with the audio tape in Grant's office seen in Chapter 4 (heck, maybe even bring Alice back since her body was last seen surrounded by the Lost Ones). I'd remove the hidden messages Henry made, but keep the seeing tool so it could be used to find things needed to progress through the game or find hidden areas in the game that explore more of the studio's past and it's workers. Now if I was working on Chapter 5, I would keep the beginning half mostly the same. I'll also point out what the entire game should've done in order for the original ending to work. So I made this post to show how this chapter could've done better with a more satisfying ending. I'm sure you're all aware that a bunch of people found Chapter 5 of Bendy and the Ink Machine to be disappointing, myself included.
